This announcement is to alert you to an opportunity for prototyping and production of Military Engineering for the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). The ERDC is currently accepting whitepapers from non-traditional defense contractors (NTDCs), traditional defense contractors and non-profit research institutions for prototype projects in seven focus areas.
