Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Michigan. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a Base Award of two calendar years, and three one year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five calendar years. The total of individual task orders placed against this MATOC Program shall not exceed $48M. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. NAICS Codes: 236210 and 237310, $39.5M is the small business size standard.

The Government’s intent is to award a minimum of nine, and a maximum of twelve, contracts to offerors that are responsible and that submit proposals that are acceptable and reasonable. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. This is a follow-up to a previously posted RFI, N0017820R4305.
This Synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://beta.sam.gov/. It is understood that this is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to issue a solicitation for build to print rapid prototypes above the simplified acquisition threshold. Competitions for which will be conducted individually at the order level. The contractor shall provide completed prototypes by performing precision machining (mill and lathe operations), welding, sheet-metal fabrication, coating, treating, assembly, and inspection of prototype hardware in accordance with the drawing packages furnished by the Government.
This requirement will be procured as Small Business Set-Aside Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Multiple-award Contracts are anticipated to be made to all offerors who submit technically acceptable samples as defined in the upcoming RFP. This is a new requirement with no previous acquisition history.
This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure the subject services.
