    Want to eliminate production downtime, discover new products and services and further your company’s commitment to a more inclusive, equitable economy? Connecting with minority suppliers can help you achieve these goals and more.

    Disruptions in the global supply chain over the past year have put a focus on the need for buyers to diversify. Connecting with minority-owned suppliers (including companies owned by people of color, women, veterans, tribes and those who identify as LGBTQ) can not only help prevent production downtime, but these connections can lead to new products and services, as well as showing your company’s commitment to working toward a more inclusive, equitable economy.

    Panelists include:
    * Ken Doherty, Associate Vice President, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, Wayne State University
    * Debra Quade, Supplier Diversity Manager, Kellogg
    * Tanya Markos-Vanno, Development & Operations Manager, Pure Michigan Business Connect
    * MarcQus Wright, Co-Owner, Daddy’s Dough Cookies

    Join this free webcast to learn:

    * How diversifying your supply chain can help your company stay competitive.
    * Why minority-owned suppliers have a higher level of resiliency than the suppliers you have traditionally relied on.
    * How to connect with minority-owned businesses for supply chain needs.

    Free webcast featuring live Q&A with panelists sponsored by the Michigan Economic Development Corp.
